Recipe Section

I'm not sure how many people have noticed but a couple of weeks ago, I put a recipe section up. This started a couple of years ago at LST but then when I upgraded the underlying software on bigjolly.com, I never got around to reimplementing the recipe component.
There are a lot of good recipes up and more to follow. As I'm on a low-carb style Atkins diet at the moment, there will probably be more of those dishes up first but have no fear, the good old style recipes will be there eventually.
A big hat tip goes to the Old Pipe Smoker for his contributions. I've tried a couple of his recipes thus far and they are very good. It is easy to tell when someone knows what they are doing on any subject because the advice they have to offer goes beyond the typical surface type advice of someone who doesn't. He has sent me links to counting carbs, purchasing cookware and a warning about diets too low in carbs for someone my age. And that is in addtion to his recipes.
Isn't the internet cool? We've never met and if you ask him, he'll tell you he doesn't even like me, for which I can't really blame him, I can be a horse's behind sometimes, if you know what I mean. But still, he is willing to share his knowledge. Yeah, the internet is cool.
