A Texas City firefighter charged into a burning house without a hose and rescued a blind man who was trapped inside.

Rothrock said while firefighters broke glass out on one side of the burning home, firefighter Duane Crawford entered without a water hose, found Trotter lying in a bed, “scooped him up and dragged him out.”
